Delete your account
You can delete your Royale Taste account at any time, in the app or by contacting us.
In the app
- Open the Royale Taste app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
If you have an order on its way, you can delete your account once it has been delivered or cancelled.
Without the app
Contact us and ask us to delete your account. Tell us the phone number or email address you signed up with, so we can find it. We may ask you to confirm the request from that number or address.

What happens to your data
- We delete your name, email address, phone number, password and profile photo, remove your saved delivery addresses from your account, and stop sending you notifications.
- You’re signed out on every device and can’t sign in to the account again.
- We keep records of past orders and payments, including the delivery addresses used for them, where we need them for accounting, legal or fraud-prevention reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You can create a new account later with the same phone number.
